Tell us something about you. Your story and your steps until you come to this world cup.

Well, i play PM for 7 year and most of part of this years i train young players to sell and manage U21 or NT teams to add some competitiveness missing with my teams. I Manage several U21 and NT teams (Uruguay (2x), Brazil (2x) and Portugal (2x) at U21 Level and Russia, Brazil and Argentina (2x) on NT)). About this season was a good season for us even with Poland in our group our objective its done; Play World Cup.

What is your expectation about this World Cup? Any goals?

With some good teams and level of managers will be hard to put goal. It will depends on the draws but we want to reach the maximum as posible.

How difficult it is for you to get competitive players for your NT?

Its global and hard to all teams right now. After the training system has change its crucial to take and follow the best players. For me U21 Managers now have to take more care about U21 Players and advise the best they can because NT teams now depends of that. The success of one NT starts on the base. 

In your opinion what is needed for this game to improve the competitiveness level of the clubs and national teams?

More attention by ADM maintain and motivate the actual PM community and obvious some changes to put this game more attractive for the new users and with that capture more accounts. With that we'll see more teams/players in all communities.

Do you believe as a surprise to the winner of this world cup like season 19 or will be won by a favorite team?

In my case i hope so... Argentina... After won 2 championships this season with my teams will be nice to do the "Triplete" but the NT level and managers his season are so high that will be difficult to see any surprise in the end...

What do you think in general about this World Cup and Argentinian organization so far?

The Argentina community are doing all the best for this event because its the first world cup they recieve and the work is in sight. Amazing!

What are your plans for the future?

About NT i will stay in Argentina for the third term. Probably the last one and its the first time i will stay 3 season in a row in some NT but i'm good there and always was my goal to manage Argentina. About my teams its won some more trophies because they are now at high level.
