Can you tell us something about yourself? How long do you play PM, your favorite team...?
I'm Stefano, 31 years old, married since almost 4 months, and I play PM since 7 years (friday 1.11)...

What you have done as president to increase participation in your community?
As president of the Swiss Federation what I tried to do with other managers was to increase the number of academies, since we are a very little community, and try to train the maximum of players we can... I tried to work with foreign managers too, but it's not so easy, so we keep on working the best we can...

Do you believe as a surprise to the winner of this world cup like season 19 or will be won by a favorite team?
I think this world cup won't have big surprises like the last one, for our NT it was a big surprise to qualify in a group with France and Egypt, and I'm produ of what Sedinho did this season, the first round will already be very difficult for us, but I think he can do some good things at this world cup...

In your opinion what is needed for this game to improve the competitiveness level of the clubs and national teams?
I think that our beloved DEVs and ADMs showed us that they don't care so much about this game, there are always many problems, and the improved asked by many users won't be made, while they do some other things that nobody cares about... They promised a new world cup system but we still have the old one... I think the new system killed the little communities, and the competitiveness will be even more difficult for us...

With these last organizations (Argentina and Poland) of world cup you think that got something positive in the game and users to generate a little more interactivity?
Yes it's a positive thing to try to involve the communities, but the main problem is that during the season this disappears... If you look at the global forums you see always the same people talking, and they're less every season... Consider that in our national forum we are 3...

What do you think in general about this World Cup and Argentinian organization so far?
I think it's very interesting that the communities try to organize a world cup with more interactivity... Even if I think that this should be made by the DEVs so they could try to involve more other communities too...
