Tell us something about you. Your story and your steps until you come to this world cup.
I am 35 years old. Married + 3 young children. Am living in Israel after a long stay at the UK.This is the 2nd season for me as the Israeli NT manager and I lost last time at the 1/8 finals 3-2 to Portugal. Previously, I was the NT manager of Netherland, Singapore and Lithuania. My best achievement was semi-finals with Lithuania. I am at the game since the 2nd season and managed to arrive to the WCL finals last season with my personal team.

What is your expectation about this World Cup? Any goals?
Israel is certainly not one of the favorite teams so any achievement better then last WC would be great!

How difficult it is for you to get competitive players for your NT?
The community has dropped dramatically in Israel and as a result for any 5 good players which we used to have we have got 1 new one growing so it is very hard for us to find suitable players for the team.

In your opinion what is needed for this game to improve the competitiveness level of the clubs and national teams?
I think this topic was discussed on the main forum and there were lots of good suggestions, however, the Admins did not really have time and fund to execute them.

Do you believe as a surprise to the winner of this world cup like season 19 or will be won by a favorite team?
Due to the drop of human teams I do not believe any surprise can happen other then a win of one of the top NT.

What do you think in general about this World Cup and Argentinian organization so far?
I am highly thankful for Cure and the Argentinian community for the host as always there could not be words to explain how Cure is doing so much for all of us and is supporting us as much as he can...

What are your plans for the future?
Well, hard to predict. On the NT level, I reallywould like to train a new candidate, however, I do not see any experience user which will agree to take this challange. Hopefully will find one on next campain.

Something else to add?
El El Israel and Thanks again for everything!
